A stare from the distant past; this snake adorned Gorgon face first appeared on a small gold coin minted in Britain between 25BC - 10AD by the Celtic ruler Tincomarus.

At around 20mm in diameter, our Medusa is larger than the ancient original coin and is a nice size for a small pendant. Struck from hand engraved dies in toned silver bronze (billon), every Medusa is unique. Your Medusa pendant will arrive in a cardboard presentation box mounted on a velour insert and are supplied with a black leather adjustable necklace. Approximate weight 9.5g.
Please note - the Medusa coin and pendant are hand struck using dies. There may be small flan cracks, irregular edges and minor imperfections typical of the minting process.

UK delivery is free on orders over £35. A delivery charge of £6 applies to orders under £35.
