1. Eligibility

• The Gemina reward points program is open to registered customers of Gemina.co.uk.
• Participation is voluntary.

2. Earning Points

• Customers earn points by making eligible purchases on www.gemina.co.uk.
• Points are credited to the customer’s account after successful order completion.
• Points are issued on selected products only.

3. Redemption of Points

• Customers can redeem their reward points during checkout on www.gemina.co.uk.
• Reward points can be used as a discount against future purchase amounts. Each point earned is equivalent to £0.05.
• Reward points cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Expiration and Validity

• Reward points are valid until the reward points program ends or if the customer account is closed.
• Expired reward points cannot be reinstated.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

• Rewards points have no cash value.

• Reward points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with a discount voucher code.
• Gemina Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen reward points.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate customer accounts for misuse of the reward points program.
