Terms and Conditions: Jewellery Tutor Exclusive 10% Discount Voucher

These terms and conditions outline the use of the exclusive 10% discount voucher (the "Voucher") provided by Gemina Ltd to qualifying jewellery schools, classes and tutors (the "tutor"). By utilising this Voucher, the purchasing tutor agrees to adhere to the following stipulations.

1. Eligibility Criteria:

The Voucher is exclusively available to actively operating jewellery tutors, jewellery schools and individuals offering jewellery classes.
To establish eligibility, the tutor is required to provide satisfactory evidence of operational status. This may include, but is not limited to, a valid website address, social media presence, or other verifiable information as reasonably requested by Gemina Ltd.
The tutor must be the direct purchaser to be eligible to apply the Voucher.

2. Application of the Discount:

The Voucher entitles the tutor to a 10% reduction on the total value of an order exceeding £100 (excluding shipping costs, where applicable).
The minimum spend of £100 must be met within a single transaction to qualify for the discount.
The designated Voucher code must be entered during the checkout process or provided at the time of purchase to activate the discount.
The Voucher will be valid for a specified duration, as communicated at the time of issuance. Gemina Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate the Voucher at its discretion without prior notification.

3. Permitted Use of the Voucher:

The Voucher is intended for purchases made directly by the tutor.
The tutor is permitted to utilise the Voucher for purchases made on behalf of students.

4. Limitations:

The Voucher issued is unique to the identified tutor and is non-transferable.
Only one Voucher may be applied per transaction.
This Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotional activities unless explicitly authorised by Gemina Ltd.
The Voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for monetary compensation.
The discount applies solely to the cost of the products and does not extend to shipping fees.

5. Verification of Tutor Operation:

Gemina Ltd retains the right to request and verify the tutor's operational status prior to the issuance or application of the Voucher.
Failure to provide adequate verification may result in the refusal or cancellation of the Voucher or the associated discount.

6. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

Gemina Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any revisions will become effective immediately upon posting on the Gemina's official website or through other means of communication.

7. Delivery Address:

Products purchased using this Voucher will only be shipped to the address provided by the eligible tutor during the verification or purchase process. We do not offer delivery to student addresses using this Voucher.

8. Global Eligibility:

This Voucher is available to qualifying jewellery tutors, jewellery schools, and individuals offering jewellery classes worldwide, subject to these terms and conditions and our standard international shipping policies where applicable.
