  Urethane pieces are not manufactured by Gemina Ltd but processed and sold for specific applications.

• Instructions

  The 5mm thick polyurethane sheet can be cut into smaller pieces using heavy duty scissors.

  Smaller pieces of the red 90 Shore A generally work better to achieve detail from impression dies when using metal sheet with your dies.

  As the polyurethane gets used, it will eventually break into smaller pieces. These scraps can still be useful when pressing small dies or for pressing a specific part of a larger design.

  PROCESSING TIMES

  All purchases are made to order and will take 4-5 working days to dispatch. You will receive a dispatch notification via email with your tracking number. All hardened items will take an extra 3-5 working days for the heat treatment process. These times may increase during promotions, sales and holiday periods.

  UK DELIVERY

  UK delivery is free on orders over £35. A delivery charge of £6 applies to orders under £35.

  INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  Free International Shipping on orders over £125GBP. Orders under £125GBP have flat rate shipping charge of £10-25 (depending on country) for all items in basket. We use UPS/DPD for all international deliveries.   You only need urethane if you want to use sheet silver with dies to create thin impressions. Solid impressions do not require urethane. Urethane forces sheet metal into a die. Urethane will break up with use but you can still use the bits. Small bits work better than a large chunk. Misuse of urethane may result in damage to presses or materials.Keep away from children. Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as eye protection, face mask, arms covered, and leather apron.
